Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out prohibited uses for the conversational BI analytics SaaS provided by servepilot.best. By using the Service, you agree not to engage in prohibited conduct.
1. Prohibited Use
- You may not attempt to access, probe, scan, or test the Service, its systems, networks, or security controls without authorization.
- You may not bypass access controls, authentication, rate limits, or other protective measures.
- You may not interfere with, disrupt, degrade, or impair the operation of the Service (including through excessive requests, automation, or denial-of-service techniques).
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- You may not use the Service to transmit malware, harmful code, or any content intended to compromise systems or data.
- You may not use the Service to infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property or confidentiality rights of others.
- You may not use the Service to perform unlawful activities or to facilitate wrongdoing.
- You may not submit content or prompts that are designed to extract secrets (e.g., private keys), personal data, or other non-public information beyond what you are authorized to access or process.
- You may not abuse or misrepresent AI outputs, including by presenting unverified outputs as facts, altering outputs to mislead others, or using outputs to make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review where required.
- You may not share or distribute credentials, authentication tokens, or API keys, and you must take reasonable steps to protect them.
- You may not use the Service to create or operate automated systems that impersonate a person or organization.
2. Data Protection and Lawful Handling
If you process personal information through the Service, you must comply with applicable data protection obligations. In Japan, the processing of personal information is governed by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003). You must provide required disclosures and obtain required consent/controls where applicable, including when cookies or identifiers are used to collect or process personal information (or personal-related information that becomes personal data).
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and the content you provide complies with this AUP and applicable law.
3. Monitoring, Suspension, and Termination
We may investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate access to protect the Service and other users. If you believe an error occurred, contact us using the details in the footer.
4. AI Output Use
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must verify critical information before relying on it, and you must not use outputs to make decisions that require reliable, validated information without appropriate checks and human oversight.
5. Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective indicates acceptance.
